Terms of Service
Last updated June 24, 2026
By using Farmers Market Edge (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who we are
The Site is operated by Solo Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at support@sololabs.co.
Using the Site
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to buy anything or create an account. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it, disrupt it, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.
Accounts and sign-in
We use passwordless, email-based sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
Purchases and digital products
We sell digital products, including individual guides and an all-access membership. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access it for your own use. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying content, and you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share it. Prices, products, and features may change over time, and taxes may apply depending on where you are. All sales of digital products are final, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Membership and renewals
The membership is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation and refund details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Content is educational, not professional advice
The guides and other materials on the Site are for general education only. They are not legal, financial, tax, health, or other professional advice, and the rules they discuss vary by state and locality and change over time. Always confirm the requirements that apply to you with the appropriate authorities before acting.
Third parties
The Site may link to or reference independent third parties, including other websites and independent service providers. We do not control them, we do not endorse or guarantee them, and we are not responsible for their content, services, or dealings with you. Any arrangement you make with a third party is between you and them.
Intellectual property
The content on the Site, including text, guides, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal license to access and use it for your own non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
